Walcher Distillery is located in the region SOUTH TYROL/ALTO ADIGE in the north of ITALY, since 1966. The particular micro-weather is suited to grow fruit with unique flavors. They have 280 days of sunshine a year, with cool temperature at night that let their fruit develop intense fragrance. The understanding of how lucky they are to be born in such a gorgeous place, teaches them to select exclusively the healthiest and ripest fruit for the spirits, acquavite, grappa, and other products. Walcher Distillery always try to use local fruit for the products. They are among the first and largest European producers of organic spirits.
